This post is mostly intended to SJSU folks, if you are not at SJSU, you can still take some hints from this post. Overview This post is a step-by-step guide to setting up the HPC cluster at SJSU. The HPC cluster at SJSU is a shared resource for students and faculty to run compute-intensive jobs. The cluster is managed by the College of Engineering IT team, so any issues with the cluster, directly call them during office hours or raise a ticket at student IT helpdesk. The cluster uses the SLURM workload manager to schedule jobs. The cluster has a few partitions, each with different hardware configurations.
